Airflex Spectra 1000 II generation are antibacterial, antifungal, and antistatic ventilation ducts designed for ventilation and recuperation systems in residential, public, and industrial buildings. Thanks to their advanced design and innovative material, they are not only durable and airtight, but above all hygienic and energy-efficient.

SPECTRA pipe construction and material

– Outer layer: modified HDPE, resistant to impact and mechanical damage.

– Inner layer: smooth, silver-colored, made entirely of antibacterial and antifungal material (ISO 22196:2011, PN-EN ISO 846:2019 standards).

– Contains silver, copper, and other active compounds in the polymer structure → no migration or ionization, permanent biocidal effect, confirmed by tests.

– Antistatic → reduces dust accumulation and facilitates cleaning.

– Fluoresces under UV light → quick check of the presence and uniformity of active additives.

– Fire reaction class: D-s2, d2 (PN-EN 13501-1).

– LS0H – low smoke, halogen-free.

– Compression resistance: ≥500 N (PN-EN 61386-24).

– Impact resistance: N (PN-EN 61386-24).

– Longitudinal stiffness: flexible conduit (3 × DN, PN-EN 13180:2004).

– Global migration: < 0.5 mg/dm² (PN-EN 1186-3:2005, PN-EN 1186-14:2005).
