How does a compression reduction with a seal work?

Pressure reduction with seal – what is it exactly?

It is a connector between ventilation pipes that changes their diameter.

To put it simply: if you have a duct (pipe) with a diameter of, for example, 200 mm, and you want to switch to a smaller pipe, e.g., 160 mm, then this reducer is what you need.

The reducer is a pipe with a smaller diameter than the one it connects to.

What is it useful for?

– When ducts have different diameters and you want to connect them.

– Intakes, exhausts, connections to distributors.

– In short: it connects a “thick pipe to a thinner one.”

️ How is it installed?

Nothing difficult:

– You insert the reducer into the ventilation duct

– Thanks to the rubber seal, the connection is tight – no need to use tape or

silicone.

What makes it stand out?

– Galvanized steel, but also available in: aluzinc, magnelis, aluminum, acid-resistant steel.

– Precisely pressed – smooth, fits well with pipes.

– Gasket – zero air leakage, zero noise, and zero losses.

– Various sizes – you can choose a reducer, e.g., 160/125, 200/160, 250/200, 315/250, etc.
